The total area of the villa is about 400 sq.m. and it’s divided into 3 independent apartments.

The bigger apartment is for the guests, arranged over two floors and it includes a spacious and bright living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a guest bathroom, as well as a large room, normally used as a yoga room. On the upper floor there is a sitting area arranged over the mezzanine and 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom.

A smaller apartment on the first floor is the owner’s private home, with sitting room, double bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there’s another small area for guests with a kitchen/dining room, as well as a bathroom and a spacious bedroom.

In order to guarantee maximum comfort in terms of internal temperature and energy saving, the house has been provided with insulated walls and roof, as well as with thermal glasses for the windows. An air conditioning system gives the guests the possibility to have cool or warm air according to their preferences.

The Annexes

The area covered by the trulli is about 65 sq.m. and this building features 5 cones with living area, where a small kitchen has been arranged, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This dwelling is also used for the holiday rentals and it’s very charming because it features the typical conic roof with chianche.

Internally you can see the archetypal features of this kind of dwellings, with stones and white plaster.

The lamia measures ca. 50 sq.m. and it’s also used for the holiday rentals being composed of a living area, bedroom and bathroom.

For both buildings, the current owners have opted for minimal décor, but very much in line with tradition, so guests feel warmly welcomed in this special space.

The Land

The property is set over 1.5 ha of red grounds, typical of Puglia, with 250 olive trees to produce your own organic olive oil, as well as 50 fruit trees, to produce homemade jam.

A little bit detached from the buildings, there’s the 7 x 4m pool. Currently it’s out of the ground, but you may apply for an in-ground pool.

Last but not least, the current owners have dug the ground to find water and now the property enjoys a well, as well as a water tank, so they can be fully independent in terms of water supply, especially in the summer.

The Location

Ostuni is known-worldwide, famous for its small and white lanes winding around the perimetre walls. It is a lively town, especially in the summer, when all restaurants, bars and osterias get decorated with flowers and fairy lights, and tables are brought out to let people dine or enjoy an aperitif in the open air.

Ostuni is also famous for being a classy place, where you can relax or just enjoy a walk around, yet close to the coast. As a matter of facts, if you wish to enjoy a day by the beach, getting to the coast is just a matter of 10min by car.

The location of this amazing property is extremely strategic because it’s in the middle of an important triangle in Valle D’Itria: Ostuni, Carovigno and San Michele Salentino. Also Ceglie Messapica and San Vito dei Normanni are not far away. This makes the area where the property is located very attractive for tourists, because in 10 minutes they can get anywhere and make different kinds of experiences.

  • A professional dancer and model by training - having quit the industry due to injury and a desire for change - I gained my first taste of the luxury real estate market in 2007, working for one of the most reputable agencies in London’s prestigious Mayfair area.

    This role validated the passion for property I knew was inside. I was responsible for helping people on both sides – initially as their top negotiator but later as a property valuer, advising and working with owners of some of London’s and the UK’s, finest prime addresses.

    My next move saw me work in London’s financial district, where I spent 8 successful years as a headhunter for the investment banking industry. My job was to broker and be the middle-person, an aspect I love and take a lot of pride in. It sounds cliché, but the reward of helping someone achieve an end goal, whether finding their dream home or landing the job they want, is a feeling which never gets old!

    Property is something I have always been passionate about. Having eventually left my role as a headhunter in the city, I wanted to re-focus on my property passions.
