Upon entering, you are welcomed by an elegant reception area to the right, followed by two cozy lounges, one of which opens onto a scenic balcony. Adjacent to them is a stunning bar area, ideal for both greeting guests and unwinding. This floor exudes elegance, with its lofty ceilings, ample windows, and exquisite artisanal cement tiles from the 1900s. This level also features two guest bathrooms complete with dressing rooms, as well as a staff restroom equipped with a changing area. Additionally, two handy rooms provide extra storage.
First Floor
Ascending the stairs, you enter the sleeping area of the hotel. Here you will find 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a meeting room, which can also serve as an additional bedroom. The style of this floor reflects the rest of the home, with historical floor tiles, high ceilings, and tall windows.
Second Floor
Continuing upstairs, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom. I've undertaken multiple renovation projects in the UK, owned a property in Paris, and worked as an agent for luxury real estate agencies in both Paris and London. That hands-on experience — combined with a deep love for this region — naturally drew my focus to luxury sales and rentals in the South of France.
My journey in France began in October 2020, arriving as a long-term guest at Cinq & Sept in Roujan. By 2022, that journey had found its shape: I co-founded Polarius International Real Estate alongside my business partner Lee Michael Horan. I now live in sunny Nice.
Beyond property, I'm a committed LGBTIQA+ advocate — and I'm particularly proud to have organised the first-ever Pride event in Llantwit Major, the coastal town in Wales where my story began.
