THE GEOGRAPHY
The Birmingham Gun Quarter is set to become the City’s most attractive area for residential developments. For many years, a centre of the world’s gun-manufacturing industry, specialising in the production of military firearms and sporting guns, the Birmingham Gun Quarter remains a predominantly industrial area to the north of the city centre, bounded by Steelhouse Lane, Shadwell
Street and Loveday Street.
Now the plan is to reinvent it in a similar way to the nearby Jewellery Quarter – which has become a byword for hip and cool and has moved in a different direction from what originally made it famous to ensure it’s relevant in today’s world. The city itself is determined to give the Gun Quarter a makeover, making it a key part of its Big City Plan. This 20-year masterplan is designed to foster and support Birmingham’s continuing transformation into a world-class city.

A professional dancer and model by training - having quit the industry due to injury and a desire for change - I gained my first taste of the luxury real estate market in 2007, working for one of the most reputable agencies in London’s prestigious Mayfair area.
This role validated the passion for property I knew was inside. I was responsible for helping people on both sides – initially as their top negotiator but later as a property valuer, advising and working with owners of some of London’s and the UK’s, finest prime addresses.
My next move saw me work in London’s financial district, where I spent 8 successful years as a headhunter for the investment banking industry. My job was to broker and be the middle-person, an aspect I love and take a lot of pride in. It sounds cliché, but the reward of helping someone achieve an end goal, whether finding their dream home or landing the job they want, is a feeling which never gets old!
Property is something I have always been passionate about. Having eventually left my role as a headhunter in the city, I wanted to re-focus on my property passions. I did so by initiating my own property business, to support my personal portfolio and development projects in London and across the UK.
Having relocated to France, I am now proudly resident here and excited to start the next phase of my journey having created Polarius International Real Estate with my business partner Rhodri. As a honoured member of the LGBTIQA+ community, diversity, inclusion and acceptance of everyone is a core passion.
I have lived and worked in the UK, Germany and France so can converse in English, French and German.
I look forward to working with you!
