Step into Maltese character and heritage with this striking 4-bedroom townhouse in Mosta, located just a short walk from the iconic Mosta Dome and surrounded by all essential amenities—shops, supermarkets, banks—all within easy reach. This spacious, freehold property offers approximately 365 sqm of built area paired with a generous 165 sqm garden, merging indoor charm with plenty of outdoor living space.
As you enter through the grand traditional doorway, you are welcomed into a wide foyer with rooms radiating from either side — perfect for converting into formal living or dining spaces. Large traditional features abound: high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, classic stone floor tiles, wrought-iron railings, and enclosed balconies that evoke Maltese personality and elegance.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a guest bedroom, and multiple rooms that lend themselves to flexible living — whether you prefer a cosy lounge, dining room, or home office. The garden at the rear, lush with mature trees and a tranquil pond, is an ideal haven for family gatherings, outdoor dining, and perhaps even a swimming pool with the right planning permissions.
Climbing to the upper levels, you’ll encounter the master bedroom which opens onto both open and enclosed traditional balconies, offering views across the neighbourhood and garden. Two additional bedrooms benefit from access to open balconies, and a roof terrace overlooks the verdant garden below, offering space for relaxing or entertaining under the Maltese sky. There’s even a mezzanine/light-filled area suitable for a study or tv room, and stair access up to the roof space for additional expansion or enjoyment.
This townhouse is truly a rare find: rich in authentic architectural features yet offering all the potential to create a dream family home right in Mosta’s historic core. Whether you’re drawn to its traditional Maltese charm or the opportunity to redesign and enhance, this property combines space, character and an unbeatable location.

With 25 years running a successful communications agency in Cardiff, I built a career on crafting compelling stories — but real estate was always the one that called to me.
A Welsh speaker and proud Francophile, I studied Economics at the University of Toulouse, and France never really left my blood. When Brexit and Covid reshaped the world in ways none of us anticipated, I chose to see the disruption as an invitation — and made the move I'd always dreamed of. I'm now a proud French resident, based on the Côte d'Azur.
My passion for property is anything but theoretical. I've undertaken multiple renovation projects in the UK, owned a property in Paris, and worked as an agent for luxury real estate agencies in both Paris and London. That hands-on experience — combined with a deep love for this region — naturally drew my focus to luxury sales and rentals in the South of France.
My journey in France began in October 2020, arriving as a long-term guest at Cinq & Sept in Roujan. By 2022, that journey had found its shape: I co-founded Polarius International Real Estate alongside my business partner Lee Michael Horan. I now live in sunny Nice.
Beyond property, I'm a committed LGBTIQA+ advocate — and I'm particularly proud to have organised the first-ever Pride event in Llantwit Major, the coastal town in Wales where my story began.
